I'm a trained and insured yoga teacher, a Yoga4Health provider, and am aware of key principles for mindful yoga movement with osteoporosis and lower bone density, though I'm not a medical professional, yoga therapist or personal trainer.

Yoga classes and courses
Sunday 9.45am to 11am, Mindful Yoga for Wellbeing: individual class bookings
The emphasis is on how the practice feels, alongside clear cueing of posture. Classes combine mindful movement, gentle strength work, periods of stillness and guided relaxation.
Each class encourages awareness of all aspects of wellbeing, sometimes drawing on nature themes to help with this.
Osteoporosis-aware options are always available and form the gentler choices within the class. Support can be used where helpful, and deeper expressions are also offered for those who want them. The emphasis is on working in a way that feels appropriate for your body.
Mats and props are provided, including blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets.
Booking: please choose the date you plan to attend during the booking process.
Please arrive 5–15 minutes before the class.
I'm away on the following dates, though Terry will run yoga sessions at the same time in my absence. These sessions can be booked directly via the Studio 366 website:
- 21 June
- 19 July
- 2 August
- 9 August
- 16 August.
You also have the option to deepen the experience by booking Yin and Sonic's sound bath on Sundays every other week at the same studio (10% off if also attending this yoga class with code Tessa10).

Tessa is a great yoga teacher. Her sessions are always really gentle, about connection with the body and breath and I always love her meditations at the beginning and end of the sessions.

It was a much overdue return to Yoga after many years. Tessa was a great teacher, I enjoyed the class, being taken through some postures i’d forgotten about, and gently nudged through others I knew but wasn’t doing very well. Highly recommended

Thank you Tessa for such a warm and informative session that exceeded all my expectations. Your thoughtful and considered questions not only helped to clarify my thoughts, direction and needs; you also helped me walk away from the session with clear and actionable next steps. This is exactly what I needed at this time and thank you for helping me to get to this point. Really appreciated your input and time taken to really listen and understand my goals.
