Service
Reflective planning for life transitions and/or moving home (usually 1:1)
Sessions are calm and collaborative, supporting clarity, decision-making and next steps.
They usually take place via phone or video call, unless otherwise agreed.
The sessions are usually around 45 minutes to allow time for follow-up and sending through a summary of what we discussed, along with any emerging priorities and next steps.
Please choose a preferred date and time when booking. I’ll be in touch to confirm or suggest an alternative if needed.
Going forward, you can choose your preferred frequency: weekly, every other week, monthly or ad-hoc.
These sessions are usually one-to-one but could possibly be with a couple if for moving home support.

This isn’t a full moving or admin service. It’s light-touch, short-term support focused on clear thinking, perspective and targeted research, while recognising the emotional side of moving home.
The focus is on maintaining momentum and clarity, rather than managing tasks or taking over decisions.
Support may include:
• Reflection at key decision points
• Perspective during uncertainty
• Area and property research
• Making sense of information from agents or solicitors
• Light check-ins to keep things moving.
You remain responsible for all decisions.
It’s helpful to begin with an initial conversation to understand where you are and what would be most useful. Support is then usually offered over a short, defined period, often around 1.5 hours per week on a monthly basis.
Sessions take place by phone or video, with research shared by email or message. Some in-person time may be possible locally.
The 6.5 hours of support includes face-to-face time and time spent doing research, prep and follow-up to support your home move.

About
I work with people through life transitions and moving home, combining reflective planning conversations with practical input to help you move forward with greater clarity. The focus is not only on identifying priorities, exploring solutions and taking next steps, but also on making sense of change internally, in line with your values and needs. Sessions are available locally and online.
I also teach mindful yoga for wellbeing and bone health, both one-to-one and through small group classes across Kingston and Surrey, supporting people to feel more at home in themselves. I’m a trained Yoga4Health teacher and can accept NHS and self-referrals for these courses.
My wider work includes partnering with organisations to deliver community health and prevention programmes, supporting people to live and age well.

Tessa is a great yoga teacher. Her sessions are always really gentle, about connection with the body and breath and I always love her meditations at the beginning and end of the sessions.

It was a much overdue return to Yoga after many years. Tessa was a great teacher, I enjoyed the class, being taken through some postures i’d forgotten about, and gently nudged through others I knew but wasn’t doing very well. Highly recommended

Thank you Tessa for such a warm and informative session that exceeded all my expectations. Your thoughtful and considered questions not only helped to clarify my thoughts, direction and needs; you also helped me walk away from the session with clear and actionable next steps. This is exactly what I needed at this time and thank you for helping me to get to this point. Really appreciated your input and time taken to really listen and understand my goals.
