Please note between 3 May and 12 July, these sessions will run from 9.15am to 10.30am.
Classes offer steady, breath-led yoga to support mobility, balance and rest. Sessions are mat-based and mixed ability, with options offered throughout so you can work in a way that feels supportive for your body.

Mats and props are provided, including blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets.

Tessa is a great yoga teacher. Her sessions are always really gentle, about connection with the body and breath and I always love her meditations at the beginning and end of the sessions.

It was a much overdue return to Yoga after many years. Tessa was a great teacher, I enjoyed the class, being taken through some postures i’d forgotten about, and gently nudged through others I knew but wasn’t doing very well. Highly recommended

Thank you Tessa for such a warm and informative session that exceeded all my expectations. Your thoughtful and considered questions not only helped to clarify my thoughts, direction and needs; you also helped me walk away from the session with clear and actionable next steps. This is exactly what I needed at this time and thank you for helping me to get to this point. Really appreciated your input and time taken to really listen and understand my goals.
